Repair or replace a roof?
The age of the roof and how widespread the damage is decide most repair or replace questions.

Local damage on a sound roof
A leak at one vent, a few missing shingles or a failed flashing are usually repairs.
Wear across the whole roof
Curling, cracked or bald shingles across many slopes, or leaks in several places, usually mean the roof is near the end of its life.
Safety first
Roof work is work at height. Leave it to a roofer with fall protection, and stay off wet or steep roofs.
What to ask for
Ask for photos of the damage, the repair quote, and if the roof is old, a replacement quote to compare.

Questions
Is this a booking or a price?
No. A request is free and is not a booking. The roofer gives you a real price before any work is booked.
Are you the roofer?
No. We pass your request to one independent local roofer who serves your ZIP. Only that one company gets your details.
Will insurance pay for my roof?
Only your insurer can say. Storm damage is often covered and wear usually is not; check your policy and its reporting deadline.
Can new shingles go over the old ones?
Sometimes, depending on local code and how many layers are already there. A tear-off lets the roofer see the decking.
What if nobody can take it?
We tell you plainly. We will not invent a roofer or a price.
